Shipping & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Currently eNIGAM only accepts orders to delivery locations in India. Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders to international addresses or to delivery locations outside India.

eNIGAM can process orders to most PIN codes and addresses within India. However, for delivery locations in Jammu & Kashmir, some states in the North-East of India, and certain Union Territories may have different delivery options based on the availability of delivery services. 

Please note that eNIGAM relies on third-party providers to deliver orders and perform certain order fulfilment activities. You will receive a notification via email / mobile when your order is dispatched.

eNIGAM enables multiple delivery options for your orders. Delivery options are specific to delivery zones. Your delivery location determines your delivery zone. Please click Delivery Options for details regarding delivery zones and delivery options

Please note that all delivery options listed above may not be available for all categories of products. When you opt to place an order at www.enigam,com, we will display the eligible delivery options on the checkout page along with the delivery charges, if applicable.

Your orders will be delivered to your doorstep i.e. the delivery address on your order between 9 AM and 9 PM IST from Monday through to Saturday. We normally do not deliver on Sundays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

At eNIGAM, we believe shipping & dispatch should always be free. Currently, we offer free shipping & dispatch for qualified orders only. Please check the checkout page to know if your order qualifies for free shipping & dispatch in your product category.

Collect from Store is currently not enabled on eNIGAM. We deliver all orders to your doorstep with a smile. For those who prefer to collect in-person from store, we assure you that we are working to enable this at the earliest possible.  Please check www.enigam.com for updates in this regard.
