4. PAYMENTS

At eNIGAM, we use third-party providers to enable payments on our website. These third-party providers are payment gateway providers or payments aggregators. 

Currently, payments on our website are processed through the following third-party providers -

a.  CC Avenue / Infibeam Avenues

CCAvenue / Infibeam Avenues is a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorized payment aggregator and an end-to-end PCI-DSS Compliant payment-processing solution provider. 

b. Razorpay

Razorpay, owned by Razorpay Software Limited (RSL) is an RBI Authorised Online Payment Aggregator.

Please note that eNIGAM reserves the right to change the payment gateway provider / payment aggregator at any time without prior notice to you or any user of the website.

At eNIGAM, we are assured that -

a. The payment gateway providers / payment aggregators do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payments. 

b. Your data is only used to complete your purchase transaction. Your purchase transaction information is not saved after the transaction is completed. 

c. Both Razorpay and CC Avenue / Infibeam Avenues adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. PCI Security Standards Council is a joint effort of card network providers like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 

Compliance with PCI-DSS ensures that both, CC Avenues / Infibeam Avenue and Razorpay securely handle the financial information collected through our website www.enigam.com.
