A. Returns
Our Returns policy is valid for 10 days for most products listed on our website www.enigam.com . If the return period is different for any specific product, then this will be notified to you specifically at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, after the return period is closed, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for the product you wish to return.
To return an item, it must be unused and in its original condition. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are not eligible for return.
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept return of products for personal and health care, sanitary goods, goods of intimate nature by use, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return the purchased item directly to the manufacturer. Note that in all cases, eNIGAM will arrange to collect the item that you intend to return to us. The items will be collected from the delivery location that you mentioned in your order. You must not send the item directly to eNIGAM or any other person representing eNIGAM.

B. Refunds (if approved)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your return. After your return is approved, refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment method viz. debit / credit card, internet banking, wallets, UPI or any original method of payment, within 10-14 business days.
C. Late Or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please re-check your bank account. If a credit card was used for purchase, please contact your credit card issuer, as it may take a while before your refund is credited to your card. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is credited.

D. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only allow for exchange of items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a change in size or colour, please notify us accordingly.
To exchange any item that you purchased from eNIGAM, please send an email to exchange@enigam.in. Please mention the following in your email - Purchase Order / Order ID, Reason for Exchange (mention defective / damaged, change in size, change in colour), Contact Number (as mentioned in your Order).
Please note that exchange for size and colour is subject to availability of items as per your wish. For defective / damaged items, we will inspect the items after it is received by us. Exchange or Refund is subject to acknowledgement of the defect / damage identified in the product.
Note that in all cases, eNIGAM will arrange to collect the item that you intend to exchange from your delivery location. You must not send the exchange item directly to eNIGAM or any other person representing eNIGAM.
Depending on your delivery location, it may take between 10-14 days for the exchanged product to reach you. Delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
E. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
When you return an item that wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
